Side Hustle: Why I Started Day Trading

Day trading can be a daunting task. The idea of losing money is downright frightening at times. Especially with all the noise you hear from the outside saying “if it was easy then why isn’t everyone doing it” and “you are sure to lose it all if you continue”. However, you can use day trading as a side hustle or even a full time income if you a committed to being patient and learning as much as you can.

The truth is that day trading is not easy.

You can be easily overwhelmed in all the symbols and stocks with their flashing lights and everything in between.

However, when I first started out, I was determined to be able to make money as a side hustle by day trading. I bought an online course a few years ago and have recently built up enough capital in order to trade for a living. After a simulation trial and a lot of mistakes, I have finally been able to make a profit, and I want to show you how you can to.

I started trading because I wanted to be free of a 9-5 job.

I wanted to be able to decide when I would wake up and effect how much money I would make.

I knew that I had skills above the pay that I was getting.

Those skills are being able to effectively write and communicate to people, and pursue entrepreneurial goals.

I found day trading to be a way to consistently make over $100+ dollars a day. Albeit, I day trade with about $20,000 – $25,000, however, you can build up to this if you are patient and consistent with what you are learning.

Even if you don’t want to be a day trader, I would recommend you read this book in order to find a way to get financial freedom through other side hustles.
